I been taking my car to this Volvo for over two years. Christian, the service advisor was welcoming and knowledgeable. I did not have to ask and he explained to me about what the 60k service included. I have a prepaid maintenance contract and without hesitation he went out is his way to explain to me that he had to call as there was an issue with the Vin number. Sure enough he clarified it and there was an issue with the Vin number on the prepaid maintenance coverage documentation. I needed help with my app and he walked me over to Mike to help me with the phone app. Both of these gentlemen truly exceeded my expectations.

My first car from this dealership clocking through the 200k miles, they helped us to schedule overseas delivery of my wife's XC60 and my kids just bought their first XC90.... Mike is professional, knowledgeable and friendly sales manager. Tough to negotiate though... 😀. He stands behind his product, he is available when you need him and he been working at Ontario Volvo for long time. I think we will keep coming.

Kevin always make sure everything is taken care of including cleaning the car. It is 100+ degrees today but nice and cool in the showroom/ lobby. Nice place to relax with a cup of coffee and a biscotti while they service the car.

Yes, I called more than once. Not only did I find the part I wanted better priced here than any other Volvo dealer, I checked quite a few dealers, the guys were knowledgeable and helpful, making sure I was asking for the correct part. Upon arriving there, I had the great fortune of being greeted and assisted by Fabian. I can honestly say, Fabian further impressed me with his efficiency and kindness. He went the extra mile, making me feel welcomed and valued as a customer. Even the young lady cashier was personable. I would have given a 5 star rating but I had a 9:30am appointment for which I was a little early. I got my car back after 12:30pm. I stayed there the entire time, and had to go to my service advisor to obtain information at each step rather than him contacting me. All and all, I am very happy with the repair and would take my car there again.

Our first Volvo. A few weeks later my wife and I drove it 500 miles to Palm Desert/Palm Springs for a little pre-holiday getaway.

A few weeks later my wife and I drove it 500 miles to Palm Desert/Palm Springs for a little pre-holiday getaway.On our 3rd night the amber "Check Engine Light" came on. So I called our home Dealership, and they gave me some good device but strongly recommended we get it checked out before the 500 mile drive home.
So I called the closest Volvo dealership and explained the situation. (Brand new, every option, max warranties/pre-paid services, on vacation, etc.) They were unable to provide any service or even diagnose the problem, telling me they were overbooked for the week, and to try Volvo Ontario. That was all. No further assistance.
